We’re on a mission to empower realtors to turn their one-time commissions into long-term wealth.

“I don’t want to be selling real estate forever.

I love this business, but at some point I want to get off the hamster wheel.”

We live on the rollercoaster of the real estate business. We know how hard it can be to build wealth while navigating the unpredictable world of commission-based income.

Our passion for helping other realtors stems from our own experiences—seeing too many colleagues work into their 70s because they never had a clear path to financial independence.

We’re not gatekeeping this ticket to building long-term wealth from our fellow industry top-performers. Everyone deserves to have access to this information!

About Richard Perrin

Growing up in southern NJ in the shadows of Philadelphia, PA, I had a typical childhood for the 1970’s and 80’s of playing with friends and forming relationships. But most importantly, I was trying my hand at various entrepreneurial endeavors such as mowing lawns, shoveling snow and selling baseball cards which gave me the bug and would result in my professional future of wanting to work for myself through various business ventures.

After high school, I attended a small college at The Jersey Shore called Stockton State University. I was following the family's dream of becoming the first college graduate in my immediate family but my eye was already beyond college and onto how to make my mark on the world. After college, I pursued various sales positions and ended up purchasing a Snap-On Tools franchise which I operated for 7 years.

During that time of operating the franchise, I discovered real estate. I started off purchasing a 4 unit mixed use investment property in Easton, PA and began working on it myself on nights and weekends. I quickly realized that I wasn’t going to get very far wearing all the hats of a real estate investor so I sought out someone to partner with to scale. I found a partner rather quickly and began scaling to a multi-million dollar business in flipping homes and acquiring over 60 rental units. All was going well until the real estate crash of 2008 where I lost it all.

After a brief stint of confusion of what to do next, I transitioned to real estate sales in southern NJ and hired a world renowned coaching company to teach me how to be successful in this endeavor. To date, I have sold over 800 homes and have helped many people through one of the toughest transitions they will ever go through which is buying or selling a home. Along the way, I have had successful real estate teams, helping other real estate agents find success. I’ve invested in a real estate brokerage and title company to further my investing strategy. And lastly, in 2020, my partner Dan and I started flipping homes and investing in multi-family real estate again.

Although Dan and I have had great success in the years we have been investing together, we are looking to scale our business to the next level and have aligned ourselves with experts in different asset classes such as multi-family, self storage and mobile home parks to bring the lucrative but stable opportunities to our investment partners.

About Daniel Rallo

Daniel Rallo is a seasoned real estate agent, syndicator, and investor who has navigated a dynamic career path shaped by resilience, adaptability, and a passion for entrepreneurship. Growing up in North Jersey, Daniel always knew he wanted to be an entrepreneur, despite his dislike for the rigidity of traditional education. Nonetheless, he persevered, graduating from high school and attending college in New England—drawn not so much by academics but by the region's proximity to mountains, as he was an avid skier.

College presented Daniel with the challenge of balancing young fatherhood and academics. Rising to the occasion, he graduated with honors in Business and Economics and, through a combination of luck and determination, secured a position in Institutional Equity, working with some of Wall Street's

most prestigious firms. However, after a decade in the finance world, the events of 9/11 had a profound impact on Daniel. Surviving the tragedy but struggling with PTSD, he sought peace and a fresh start, relocating to the Jersey Shore.

In his new environment, Daniel found inspiration from the world of real estate. Motivated by home renovation shows, he embarked on a career in fixing and flipping distressed properties, purchasing homes at sheriff auctions. Over four years, he flipped around two dozen homes and built a portfolio of seven rental properties. However, the real estate market crash forced him to pivot once again, leading to the sale of his properties at a loss.

Undeterred, Daniel transitioned into real estate sales, quickly rising from Real Estate Sales Agent to Broker. He built a successful team that generated approximately $60 million in annual sales. His entrepreneurial spirit then led him to buy into a Keller Williams Realty franchise, which, together with his partners, he expanded into four locations across South Jersey, overseeing 300 agents.

The COVID-19 pandemic brought new challenges, but Daniel managed to maintain profitability within his Keller Williams market centers. The shifting industry landscape prompted him to dissolve his real estate team, a decision that ultimately provided him the freedom to pursue new ventures in multifamily apartment investing.

Today, Daniel is focused on syndicating large multifamily investments, helping real estate professionals discover lucrative opportunities that offer significant ROI. His mission is to empower real estate sales professionals across the country by providing them with pathways to financial freedom through passive multifamily investing.
